1. The Ingredients: Simple & Healthy

- Egg(卵): 1
- Soy Milk(豆乳): 80ml
- Lakanto(ラカント/甘味料): 20g
- Olive Oil(オリーブオイル): 1 tsp
- Brown Rice Flour(玄米粉): 60g
- Baking Powder(ベーキングパウダー): 4g (approx. 1 tsp)
- Vanilla Essence(バニラエッセンス): 5 drops

2. The Prep: The “Easy-Release” Trick
Before mixing, use a paper towel to coat your round glass container with a thin layer of olive oil. This is the secret to making the bread slide right out later.

- Wet Ingredients: Mix the egg, soy milk, Lakanto, and olive oil first.
