1. The Ingredients: Simple & Healthy

  • Egg(卵): 1
  • Soy Milk(豆乳): 80ml
  • Lakanto(ラカント/甘味料): 20g
  • Olive Oil(オリーブオイル): 1 tsp
  • Brown Rice Flour(玄米粉): 60g
  • Baking Powder(ベーキングパウダー): 4g (approx. 1 tsp)
  • Vanilla Essence(バニラエッセンス): 5 drops

2. The Prep: The “Easy-Release” Trick

Before mixing, use a paper towel to coat your round glass container with a thin layer of olive oil. This is the secret to making the bread slide right out later.
