  • Olive oil: To taste
  • Vinegar: To taste
  • Sugar: To taste

  • Slice the Peppers Cut the bell peppers into halves or quarters.
  • Grill Place them in the grill and cook for about 10 minutes. Grilling them until the skin is charred increases the sweetness significantly.
  • Peel the Skin Carefully remove the charred skin from the peppers.
  • Cut into Bite-Sized Pieces Slice the peeled peppers into easy-to-eat, bite-sized strips.
  • Mix and Marinate Combine the olive oil, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl. Add the peppers and toss well to coat.
